Ingredients

1 cup chia seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
2 cups water
1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2-3 tsp of dried rosemary, or herbs of choice
Salt and pepper, to taste

What’s next?….

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add in the water and stir until well combined. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes, or until the chia has swelled up and absorbed the liquid.

3. Once you have a thick mixture, add the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and smooth out as thin as possible using the back of a spoon (approx. 50 mm).

4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the top of the mix starts to dry out and the edges slightly browning.

5. At the 15 minute mark, flip the sheet over and remove the baking paper. Continue to bake for 10 minutes or until the seedy sheet is crisp.

6. Remove from the oven and break into cracker sized pieces. Store in an airtight container.
