Blueberries are rich in a compound called anthocyanins, which fight against free radicals in the body, ensuring that your skin is radiant and glowing!

Ingredients

3 Tbsp chia seeds
¾ cup milk of choice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey
½ cup blueberries
Any additional toppings of choice!

What’s next?….

1. Simply mix all wet ingredients together in a small jar.

2. Once well combined, add in chia and whisk until evenly dispersed. Leave to set in the fridge overnight so that the chia can ‘swell’ into a pudding consistency.

3. In the morning, you may need to stir again to ensure there is no clumps of chia.

4. Decorate with the blueberries and other toppings of choice.

5. Enjoy!

TIP: Make this chia pudding in bulk and enjoy within 5 days of making it to save time for the week ahead.
